We have introduced KnowBull Code, a new AI-powered tool that analyses and generates technical and functional summaries of customer customisation codebases. In its initial release, KnowBull Code provides summaries for customisations related to field and page interactions.

Why does it matter?

This feature provides a navigable overview of a customer's running configuration, accelerating understanding for internal teams, including Support, Cloud Ops, Professional Services, and Customer Success. By offering rapid insights, KnowBull Code reduces time-to-resolution for support tickets and facilitates more informed design decisions. Future enhancements will expand coverage to include full Java customisations.
